Cheesy Potato Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
4 potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. bacon bits
1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Place butter in a 10 x 15-inch jellyroll pan.
Place in oven until butter melts.
Add potatoes; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Toss until potatoes are thoroughly coated. Spread out into an even layer.
Bake 20 minutes.
Turn; sprinkle with bacon bits and cheese.
Continue baking for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, crusty and golden brown.
