Potatoes Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes (1 per person)
    2 c. medium White Sauce (recipe follows)
    5 to 6 oz. Velveeta cheese or to taste
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick.
    Cook potatoes (but not mushy).
    Pour sauce over and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Can be cooked in microwave.
