Cleda'S Jalapeno Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1/2 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook rice with 2 tablespoons butter in 2 cups water.
    When done, add rest of ingredients.
    Bake in a buttered dish for 30 minutes at 300\u00b0.
    Can be frozen for future use.
