Crisp Oven-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope onion soup mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. thyme (optional)
1 tsp. marjoram (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. potatoes, cut into quarters
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In shallow baking pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients, except potatoes.
Add potatoes to coat thoroughly. Bake, stirring potatoes occasionally, 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
Makes about 6 servings.
