Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 c. butter
    5 egg yolks
    5 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. coconut
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat sugar and oil until fluffy.
    Add egg yolks to dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add buttermilk, coconut and nuts.
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Blend in.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Makes three 9-inch pans.
