Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak and 1/2 lb. lean pork, ground together twice
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 finely minced onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    3/4 c. rich milk
    1/4 c. cold water
Preparation
    Method:
    Mix meat with catsup, spices, eggs and water.
    Soak bread crumbs in milk.
    Saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter until golden.
    Add to meat and mix thoroughly.
    Form into balls 1-inch in diameter and brown in rest of butter.
    Cover and cook over low flame about 20 minutes, turning when needed (once or twice). Makes about 60 meatballs.
