Rice Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown rice, cooked
    1 lb. pecans, chopped
    3 eggs
    seasoned or onion salt (to taste)
    1/3 c. green peppers
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. butter or vegetable oil
    3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together the ingredients like a meat loaf and bake at 300\u00b0 for one hour.
