Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 yellow squash
    onion (according to individual taste)
    approximately 3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 handful Ritz crackers
    milk (until pretty damp)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    cheese (however much you like)
    pinch of salt
    sprinkle or 2 pepper
Preparation
    Boil squash and chopped onion to desired doneness; remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients, crumbling the crackers very fine.
    Add a little grated cheese to the mixture, reserving some for the top.
    Mix and pour into casserole dish; top with grated cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until bubbly.
