Triple Orange Fluff(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free orange gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pt. orange sherbet, softened
    1 (8 oz.) carton frozen reduced-fat whipped topping
    1 prepared angel food cake, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 (15 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in sherbet. Refrigerate until partially set. Fold in whipped topping. Place cake in dish, 13 x 9 x 2-inch. Arrange oranges over cake and pour gelatin mix over the top. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Makes 15 servings.
