Potato Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. mashed potatoes
1 well beaten egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
flour
Preparation
-
Rub potatoes through a sieve.
Add eggs, salt and baking powder.
Add enough flour to make the mixture stiff enough to shape into small balls.
Fry in hot fat; drain and serve hot.
