Virginia Diner Peanut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. salted Virginia peanuts, well beaten*
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    2 T. flour
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    *Peanuts should be placed in a white ham wrapper bag and beaten with a wooden mallet. This enhances the flavor.
