Barbecue Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 diced onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Brown first 3 ingredients.
    When brown add 2 tablespoons flour over meat and fry until crumbly.
    Then add the last 5 ingredients; cover and cook 30 minutes.
