Hot Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Add flour to thicken, not too thick, a little sugar (about 1 tablespoon) and 2 teaspoons butter.
I make mine about the size of a silver dollar.
