Tomato Aspic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. tomato juice
    1/3 chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery leaves
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 small bay leaves
    4 whole cloves
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups tomato juice, onion, celery leaves, sugar, salt, bay leaves and cloves.
    Simmer uncovered 5 minutes; strain.
