Tomato-Topped Asparagushouston, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. finely chopped tomato
    1 lb. fresh asparagus spears
    1/2 c. catsup
    salt pork or ham to taste
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    3-4 medium cut-up potatoes
    2 chopped green chilies or jalapenos
    salt and pepper to taste
    Plenty of water
Preparation
    Cook slowly in pressure cooker for about two (2) hours.
