Coconut Cream Pies(2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. water
    2 c. coconut
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks. Combine yolks, sugar and flour; mix together, then add milk, water, coconut and salt in medium saucepan, mixing well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and margarine. Pour into baked pie shells.
