Snowballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip, thawed
18 baked cupcakes, cooled
2 (14 oz.) pkg. coconut
Preparation
-
Spread Cool Whip on bottom and sides of cupcakes, top side down in palm of hand.
Press coconut into Cool Whip.
Place cupcakes, top side down, on serving plate.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
