Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 venison ham roast (4 to 5 lb.)
    salt and red pepper
    2 medium onions, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. oil dressing
    1 small bunch green onions, chopped
    2 strips bacon
    2 lb. potatoes
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Rub roast with liberal amount of salt and red pepper.
    Mix onions and garlic and stuff roast by puncturing with knife.
    Use about 3/4 for stuffing.
