Apricot Jello - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot jello
    1 large can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
    1 c. water
    1 large pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 medium size container Cool Whip
    1 c. nuts, chopped fine
    1 c. celery, cut fine
Preparation
    Mix apricot jello, pineapple and water and cook for 10 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add cream cheese.
    Mix well and refrigerate until it begins to thicken.
    Once mixture begins to thicken, add Cool Whip, nuts and celery.
    Fold all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight.
