Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 or 5 slices pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    3 eggs
    5 Tbsp. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter and brown sugar slowly in skillet.
    Beat sugar and egg yolks until light.
    Add juices and flour with the batter, yolks and sugar.
    Beat egg whites.
    Put pineapple slices in place with melted sugar and butter.
    Pour batter over the mixture and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
