Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon
    1/3 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 sprig parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    pepper to taste
    paprika
Preparation
    Drain and save liquid; flake salmon.
    Combine bread crumbs and seasonings with liquid.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pack into greased loaf pan.
    Sprinkle paprika.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with tartar sauce or plain.
    Makes 4 servings.
