Deluxe Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large leaves romaine lettuce
    6 large leaves endive
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. Feta or low-fat Mozzarella cheese, minced*
    1 large tomato, chopped
    4 medium carrots, sliced or chopped
    1 boiled egg, chopped
    salt to taste
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Gently tear lettuce leaves into bite-size chunks.
    Toss ingredients together to make an evenly homogenized salad.
    Pour olive oil lightly over ingredients.
    Salt to taste; chill and serve at room temperature.
