Ingredients

1 - 8 oz. tube refrigerated crescent rolls
3 eggs
2 Tbsp. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 C. finely chopped fully cooked ham
1 C. frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 C. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 C. shredded Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Unroll crescent roll dough and place on an ungreased 12 inch pizza pan.
Press onto the bottom and 1/4 inches up the side, sealing seams and perforations.
Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat eggs, milk and pepper.
Sprinkle ham, hash browns and cheddar cheese over crust.
Carefully pour egg mixture over cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until eggs are completely set.
