Chicken Or Turkey Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables
    1/3 c. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
    14 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
    2/3 c. milk
    2 1/2 to 3 c. cooked meat, chopped
Preparation
    Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan. Stir in flour, onion, salt and pepper. Cook together, stirring until bubbly. Remove pan from heat. Stir in broth and milk. Put back on heat and boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and cook for a minute. Stir in meat and vegetables until coated with mixture. Press first crust into pie plate. Pour in meat mixture. Put second crust on top. Tuck around bottom crust. Slit top crust in the middle. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
