Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) brisket
    meat tenderizer
    seasoned salt
    garlic salt
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. liquid smoke
    sprinkle of red pepper
Preparation
    Rub
    salt
    and tenderizer generously on meat.
    Line pan with foil and make long enough to cover top.
    Put in meat, fat side up.
    Add
    Worcestershire
    sauce,
    liquid
    smoke
    and red pepper. Cover
    with
    foil
    and refrigerate 24 hours.
    Cook at 225\u00b0\tfor
    8 hours.
    Can make sauce by using 1/2 cup juice and 1/2 cup barbecue sauce.
