True Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. round steak
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. onion
1/2 lb. mushrooms
8 Tbsp. flour
8 Tbsp. water
8 Tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 c. boiling water
1/4 to 1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Trim fat from steak; cut into bite size pieces.
Brown meat, onions and mushrooms in butter.
