Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 tsp. flour
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in butter in a saucepan.
Cook until tender.
Add creamed corn, beaten eggs, salt, sugar, milk and flour.
Pour into greased casserole.
Top with crumbs.
Set casserole in shallow pan of water.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
