Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 tsp. milk
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. flour
    2 egg yolks for top
Preparation
    Cream 4 egg yolks, sugar and butter.
    Add milk; put soda in first cup of flour and add gradually to mixture.
    Gradually add rest of flour (may not need all 3 cups).
    Roll batter into rolls and chill.
    Then slice to bake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
