Corn Soup With Crabmeat - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. half and half cream
1 lb. crabmeat
1 can beef broth
1 can cream-style corn
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in margarine.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and cook over medium heat.
Add corn and broth.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add crabmeat and continue cooking 5 more minutes.
Stir in the half and half cream and enjoy!
