Hot Coffee Sundae - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. instant coffee powder
2 Tbsp. milk
coffee ice cream
Preparation

Melt butter with sugars in a small pot.
Remove from flame. Add vanilla, coffee and milk.
Over low heat, cook and stir until smooth and thickened (about 1 1/2 minutes).
Pour over ice cream. Makes one large serving.
