Microwave Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    celery to taste, sliced
    onion to taste, chopped
    green pepper to taste, chopped
    2 eggs
    Pepperidge Farm croutons (enough to hold together good)
    1 large can Hunt's chunky Italian tomato sauce
    lemon pepper to taste
    Mozzarella cheese
    sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients, lemon pepper and pepper.
    Work up together and pack mixture into a Pyrex loaf dish (microwaveable). Microwave on High for 20 minutes.
