Decorator Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. white shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. cold water
    2 boxes powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat first 3 ingredients
    with mixer until very creamy. Very slowly add cold water, beating all the time.
    Then add the powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
    It should be very thick. Keep covered while not in use.
