Ground Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground venison
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 Tbsp. taco sauce
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Preparation time:
    16 to 20 hours.
    Mix meat and ingredients then place in refrigerator for 12 hours.
    Then roll in thin strips on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 150\u00b0 for 4 to 8 hours or when dry.
    When dry, store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer.
