Holly Farm Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. plain flour
    1 stick margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and quarter.
    Leave the peelings on.
    Roll potatoes in mixture of flour, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Place in a pan with melted butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Turn them each over and bake 20 minutes longer or until done.
