Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry Sheets (pkg. contains 2 separate tri-fold sheets, 1 set of tri-fold will make approximately 30 sausage rolls)
    2 pkg. your favorite sausage meat (use 1 pkg. if you are only going to use one section of the pastry)
    1 egg and a little milk, beaten together
    5 scallions, chopped
    8 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. breadcrumbs
    dash each of pepper sauce, mint and basil
    2 lb. crab meat
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 c. chopped mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. chopped stuffed olives
    3 c. lukewarm milk
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    salt to taste
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 lb. filo
