Stuffed Bell Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 bell peppers, cut lengthwise and deseed
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1/4 to 1/2 c. onion, diced
    salt, pepper and garlic to suit taste
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 slice bread, moistened in a little milk
Preparation
    In bowl, mix all ingredients except catsup and peppers.
    Mix well and pack bell pepper halves, rounding off tops.
    Top with catsup and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
