Cranberry Salad(Gluten Free Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 oz.) pkg. dark cherry Jell-O
1 can cranberry sauce (jellied or whole)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 to 1/3 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/2 pkg. (small) unflavored gelatin, dissolved in small amount of pineapple juice
1 3/4 c. hot water (1 1/2 c. for very firm salad)
Preparation

Dissolve cherry Jell-O in hot water, then add softened gelatin, cranberry sauce, crushed pineapple and nuts.
Allow Jell-O to set in refrigerator for several hours or preferably overnight.
