Tuna Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (12 1/2 oz.) light tuna
    1 1/4 c. bread crumbs
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. Ranch salad dressing
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg
    1/2 c. finely chopped green bell pepper or onion
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Set aside 3/4 cup bread crumbs.
    Combine all ingredients except oil.
    Form eight patties, coating each side with reserved bread crumbs.
    Heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat.
    Cook 4 patties for 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
    Add other tablespoon oil and cook remaining tuna cakes.
    makes 4 to 6 servings.
