Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
4 medium potatoes, cut into 4 parts each
steak seasoning
4 washed and scraped carrots, split into 4 parts each
1 medium bell pepper, cut into 4 parts
Preparation

Cut heavy-duty aluminum foil into 4 separate squares.
Mix the steak seasoning with ground beef.
Roll out 4 large patties. On each piece of foil, put a patty, 4 parts carrot, 1 part bell pepper and 4 parts potato.
Fold foil, tucking at the top seam and ends.
Place on hot barbecue grill for 20 to 25 minutes, turning only once.
Makes a meal for 4.
Excellent for picnics and camping. Delicious.
