Vanilla Giffolds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. ground almonds
    8 oz. butter
    1 c. plus 2 3/4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. lemon extract or rind of 1 lemon, grated
    powdered sugar (to roll cookies in later)
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Form into small crescent shape.
    Bake. While warm, roll in powdered sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
