Bette'S Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 tomatoes
    2/3 c. milk
    basil or Italian seasoning
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
    2 c. Bisquick
    salt and pepper
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix milk and Bisquick; will be sticky.
    Pat into 9 to 10-inch deep pie plate.
    Layer with sliced tomatoes and spices.
    Mix mayonnaise and cheese; put on top of tomatoes.
    Sprinkle water with a little more basil or Italian seasoning.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
