Country Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 round steak, tenderized
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. flour
    salt to taste
    black pepper to taste
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can cream of onion soup
Preparation
    Cut round steak into pieces.
    Put salt, pepper and garlic with flour on both sides.
    Fry in a covered skillet over medium heat until almost done.
    Remove meat; pour oil from pan and add soup and 1 can water.
    Put meat back and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
