Raspberry Creme Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen raspberries
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    32 large marshmallows
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. whipped cream
    1/4 c. sugar (add this to the raspberries if none on them)
    1 small box vanilla wafers
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix raspberries, partly thawed, with 2 tablespoons cornstarch that has been moistened with 1 tablespoon cold water.
    Place over low heat and cook until thick, stirring constantly (let cool).
