Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bought 9-inch pie shell
    2 fresh tomatoes
    salt, pepper, flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onions
    3 slices Provolone cheese, broken into bite-size
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. heavy cream
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Brown pie shell in 350\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes. Peel and slice tomatoes. Salt and pepper and dip in flour.
    Saut in oil. Remove and drain. Place tomatoes and onions in bottom of pie crust; place Provolone cheese. Mix cream and eggs together. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
