Four Layer Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 medium to large onion
    medium jar Ortega chunk salsa
    1 pkg. medium flour tortillas
    1 pkg. medium corn tortillas
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can Ortega green chilies, diced
    grated mild Cheddar cheese (3 c.)
    cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
    In iron skillet, braise the onion and green chilies (drained) and remove from heat.
    Cook ground chuck and add 1/2 jar salsa just before meat is done; save the other half.
