Apricot Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) cans apricots, drained
    2 c. sugar
    1 qt. low-fat milk
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in an electric blender until apricots are fully pureed.
    Pour into freezer container of 1 gallon electric freezer.
    Freeze according to freezer instructions. Makes 2 quarts.
