Sunday Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. round steak
    2 large cans tomato sauce
    2 to 3 medium to large onions
    salt and pepper
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown steak; drain off grease.
    Slice onions over steak.
    Add water.
    Pour tomato sauce over all.
    Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until steak is tender.
    If sauce gets too thick, add a little water.
