Seven Minute Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cream of tarter
    1/3 cup water
    2 egg whites
    1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except vanilla, cook for 7 minutes in double boiler, beating constantly at high speed.
    Remove from heat. Add vanilla and beat until fluffy.
    Frost cake.
