Pork Chop Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    6 canned pineapple rings
    6 green pepper rings
    6 onion slices
    1/2 c. canned pineapple juice
Preparation
    Combine mustard and brown sugar; spread on pork chops.
    Place a chop vertically at one end of oblong baking pan, fat edge up. Next to it, place a pineapple ring, a green pepper ring and an onion slice.
    Repeat until all are used.
    Fasten together with skewers.
    Pour pineapple juice over all.
    Cover pan with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield: 6 servings.
