Delicious Chicken "Italian" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/3 c. fresh parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 broiler chickens (2 1/2 to 3 lb. each), split in half
Preparation
    Combine lemon juice, oil, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. Place chicken halves in large shallow baking dish.
    Pour marinade over chicken.
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
    May be grilled or baked in a shallow roasting pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0, brushing often with marinade.
